If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 15 (change this) calendar days to return a order from the date you have submitted it.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be accepted by Valbone and in the same condition that you sent it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase if asked by Valbone representative.

If in case of your return request is getting rejected by Valbone due to the mismatch of the information or any other reason, Valbone will not have to repay for the particular return request.


We have a 15 days refund policy. Once we receive your order, we will inspect it and notify you that we have rejected your transaction request

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.

Only in case of some special consideration, if Valbone executives think the return request to be accepted and the paid amount to be refunded, the refunded amount will be added to your bank account.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the call taken by team Valbone.
