Cancellation and Return Policy

  • We make every effort to ensure that you are happy with our goods and services. But, you may return your order within 7 days of delivery if there is an unforeseeable reason for doing so, and you will receive a credit note.
  • If the situation calls for it and you want to return or exchange the item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
  • Your order can only be cancelled if it hasn't been dispatched. If the order was pre-paid, a credit note will be sent if it is cancelled for any reason.

  • The item must be in its pristine, unused, unwashed condition if you choose to return it. Your pickup will be scheduled, and the original invoice and price tag should be present.

After my order is dispatched, how long before it is delivered?

  • We work with the greatest courier services in the world and will select the one that uses your pin code the most effectively.
  • After the merchandise is dispatched, it takes 3 to 4 working days for the cargo to arrive in India's metropolises.
  • After the item is sent, it may take up to 7 working days to reach any non-metro areas of India.
  • Western countries are reached by international shipments 7 to 10 working days after they are dispatched.
  • Once your item has been sent, we will give you tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery in real-time.


How do I use the promo codes?

On the page where you view your trolley, there will be a place for you to redeem your coupons. As soon as your promo code is redeemed, your bill will be modified.

Can you deliver quicker? If I have to give someone or travel somewhere?

Absolutely, we accept special requests to expedite specific orders since we manufacture our products on-site. Although we can't guarantee it, you can be sure that we'll make every effort to fulfill any urgent orders.

When a product is faulty or damaged?

To verify any form of damage or fault, the consumer must record a video of themselves opening the box.

Whenever a product is delivered to the customer with a defect or damage, Valbone assumes full responsibility. A customer is entitled to exchange once the verification is complete, or we will issue a coupon code for the same amount.

Whenever we receive the product, the verification procedure will be finished. After 48 hours of delivery, no request for a replacement for a defective or damaged item will be honoured.
